Batch & Barrel exists to put careful, old-world American craft back into the hands of curious modern makers. We create ultra-small-batch tools and regional grain blueprints that make historical fermentation and copper craft understandable, repeatable, and worth documenting.

Our field notes separate documented practice from folklore. Each blueprint explains its regional grain story, fermentation variables, wood-char pairing, and the chemistry behind the process—without pretending that legend is evidence.
